Necklace with matching earrings. Hand Painted with custom enamel in various shades of blue with satin and shiny finish over sterling silver plated brass.  Hypoallergenic, Nickel and Lead Free.  The necklace adjusts between 16" to 19" in length.  The earring posts and hooks are surgical stainless steel.

The earrings are about 0.5" in size.
